There are many who consider it the lowest of the prestige chains,
though I view the Conrad line as the equal of the Inter-Continental
and the JW and perhaps a notch above the Westin and Grand Hyatt.
True, there are Hampton Inns and Homewood Suites (the mainstays of
my Diamond status), but then the other chains have off-brands too
(such as the Fairfield Inn, the mainstay of my Marriott Silver,
and the Four Points, the mainstay of my Starwood status).

I don't know: I look the staff in the eye, not in the uniform.
I recall a gray uniform with red trim, but I don't recall which
hotel or hotel chain that belongs to.

A lot of Indian dentists, perhaps?

Still pretty gross. Why didn't they find a quiet place with
less foot traffic, I wonder.

Curcumin or however they spell it has been touted with many fancy
benefits for many centuries. Bear in mind that anti-rejection equals
immunosuppressive, so that's a two-edged sword.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v7.07

      Title: Ekoori
 Categories: Indian, Eggs
   Servings:  4

      3 tb Oil
      1    Onion, small, peeled
           - and minced
    1/2 ts Ginger, fresh, peeled
           - and grated
    1/2    Chile serrano, finely
           - chopped
      1 tb Cilantro, fresh,
           - minced
    1/2 ts Turmeric
    1/2 ts Cumin, ground
      1    Tomato, small, peeled,
           - chopped
      6    Egg, lightly beaten
           Salt
           Pepper, black

  Melt the butter in a medium-sized frying pan over medium heat. Put in the
  onion and sauté until soft. Add the ginger, chili, fresh green coriander,
  turmeric, cumin and tomato. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes or until tomato
  is soft. Put in the beaten eggs. Salt and pepper them lightly. Stir the
  eggs gently until they form soft, thick curds. Cook the scrambled eggs to
  any consistency you like.
