I am going to spend a week in the Las Vegas Hilton soon,

there on a $2,249 ticket paid for, of course, with miles.

Bacteriostatic cayenne, cumin, turmeric, fenugreek? Does one
really realize health benefits from a spicy diet? I'd have
thought so but am actually not sure.

Ah. Not what I took from your original report. Perhaps I misread.

I don't care to, particularly, though I expose myself to the
risk several times more than the average person.

Yes. All pure salt is Kosher - the term kosher salt refers to
salt that can be used for Kashering - it has no impurities, even
Kosher ones, and it is, as you noticed, coarse in grain. Any
coarse salt should work equivalently well.

Methylated not. Else he'd be gone to join the choir invisible
when dumped off at the shed.

Haitian hot pepper sauce
cat: haitian, hot, sauce
makes: 2 c

3 Habbies or Scotch bonnets; chopped
1/2 c papaya; substitute peaches, fresh or canned
1/2 c raisins
1 c onion; minced
3 cloves garlic; minced
1/2 ts turmeric
1/4 c malt vinegar

Bring everything to a boil together; lower heat and simmer 5 min.
Puree in blender.
