Sound like something I'd use more than the dual chicken deal. But, then, no one
is pulling a gun on me to use both positions an the one I *do* have.   Bv)=

I've never seen U$3/chicken at my usual haunts. I'd be on it like a chicken on

June bug if I did. But, I don't go to the store that often. And I usually don't
go through the deli when I do go to the store. But, the chicken I generally use
to put on the Farberware Ferris Wheel usually costs more than the U$3 - so, I'd
probably save a bit of $$$ if I did that.
 
My little (relatively) Farberware breaks down and stores under a cabinet quite
nicely. And the footprint isn't much more than a mid-sized George Foreman.
Certainly less than the electric skillet I use from time to time.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Rotisserie Barbecued Leg of Pork
 Categories: Pork, Bbq
      Yield: 20 servings
 
     10 lb Leg of pork
      1 c  Brown sugar
      2 tb Flour
      1 ts Mustard; dry
    1/4 c  Vinegar
    1/4 ts Cloves; ground
 
  Insert rotisserie rod through center of meat, place
  on rotisserie, and cook over coals that have burned
  down to red and glowing ash. If using a meat
  thermometer, angling it so tip is in center of meat
  but but not resting in fat or on rod, and roast to
  170øF. If you have no thermometer, roast 3-1/2 to 4
  hours, depending on size of roast.
  
  Combine remaining ingredients and brush on roast
  frequently for last 30 minutes of cooking.
