Hey I think I know exactly what you're talking about if heat hits you the same
way it hits me.  Feeling drunk as a skunk from heat... The only good thing
about it though is once I cool off, it goes away.  Puts a hamper on some
outdoor activities...

Last night, it was actually cool so I made Pizza:

==Two Pizzas, one with sausage and one with meatball topping==
I had some left-over sauce from making Lasagne the other day so I decided to
enjoy the cooler weather and make some pizzas.  Sometimes we keep the two of
them around for lunch the next day or so, and sometimes I freeze one and we eat
the other.  If you're going to freeze one, bake it first and then freeze it.

==Pizza dough==
2 cups all purpose flour
optional: 4 teaspoons vital gluten (for more protein) 1 1/3 cups water
1 packet yeast

Knead until smooth and elastic. Let rise once, then punch down and knead for
moment to redistribute the yeast.  Cut into two balls of dough. Let the dough
rest a moment or so before stretching it on the pizza pans.

==Sausage Pizza==
Preheat oven to 400F

1 cup Italian tomato sauce with plenty of garlic, oregano and basil 1/2 pizza
dough above
1 or 2 cooked sausage links
1/2 lb. or more Mozzarella (I usually use about 3/4 lb. on each pizza) salt
pepper
garlic powder
garlic salt
oregano
basil
thyme
optional: Red pepper flakes

Coat a 10" pizza pan with olive oil (don't overdo it, you don't want the dough
to fry (g)).

Stretch one of halves of dough on the pie pan, and make a ridge on the outside
edge.  Using a fork, prick the dough about 5 or 6 times overall to let air
escape.  Lightly coat the top of the dough with more olive oil to keep it from
getting soggy from the topping. Pour about a cup of sauce on the dough and
spread it evenly all over the dough. Slice 1-2 cooked sausage links (about 1/4"
slices) over the sauce. Slice the mozzarella all over the sausage pie in 1/4
inch or thicker slices.  Shake some salt, pepper on the pizza, then just a
slight shake of Thyme.  Give the other spices a shake generously over the
surface of the pizza. Bake at 400F in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.  Remove
from the oven and let the pizza stand for about 5 minutes to set and cool just
a touch before serving. Have red pepper flakes in a shaker on the table - It's
a great addition for just before eating your pieces of pizza.

For meatball pizza, use two or three meatballs depending on their size, instead
of the sausage. Proceed as above
