I have no idea if they would do something like that. But, the people who
own/manage the location say "Sale/lease" and "Build/remodel to suit" on their
sign. Even if they knocked down the existing structure(s) it's still a square
block (large block) on a high-traffic street - in an area with a neighbourhood
association clamouring to improve the area and de-crying the number of vacant
buildings. Worth a shot.

No one's prices are "best" on everything. And truth to tell, while I care some
about price - I really am more interested in introducing competition to the
area AND kicking WalMart in the shins.

      Title: Sesame Honey Sticks Pastelle
 Categories: Five, Candies, Greek
      Yield: 1 servings
 
      1 c  Sesame seeds
      1 c  Honey
 
  Spread the sesame seeds on a pan and toast in preheated oven at 350
  degrees F for 5 minutes.  Bring honey to a boil.  Add seeds and
  continue cooking on medium heat to 280 F (light crack reading).
  Watch it carefully, it burns quickly.
  
  Pour into buttered pan, and flatten with spatula to 1/2" thickness.
  Score into 2" pieces while hot.  Allow to cool.  Store in plastic bag.
