Sort of figured that but they can start during the storm as well. I'd
have been a bit uneasy eating in a place like that so near high water
during a heavy rain storm.

Yes, and all those dips in the road that have signs nearby telling
people not to enter when the road is flooded. Invariably, there's at
least one driver during a rainy spell that figures that's a sign for
everybody but him.  He's the one you hear about on the news or see
footage of a rescue from an overturned vehicle.

Some people are lteralists: we were in Target the other night and as
Steve pased a price scanner, he put his arm underneath it.  It didn't
register anything so he asked me if that meant he was priceless. (G) You
two!

Not good. OTOH, I'm back on chocolate, lots of red sauce, fruit that's
high in antioxidants, etc.  So far I'm not craving the chocolate like I
was a few years ago; that means my lungs are doing OK.  That spring I
was wanting chocolate all the time; a routine doctor's appointment
showed my asthma was flaring up which explained the desire for the
chocolate and the theobromine.
