Yep, one of the things I like best about where I am
is that our summers are cooler, and drier than most
would think. And that's just fine with me!! At least 
in Hawaii I had the tradewinds to make it more 
comfortable! My sister in Knoxville TN has a dehumidifier
in her house...it sucks enough water out of the air 
to keep her garden watered!!

-> -> We had a yummy seafood meal (sauteed shrimp and scallops) over at 
Uncle
-> -> Bubba's on Friday night.  Steve had key lime pie for dessert--a nice
-> -> tang to it without being puckery; I had chcolate creme brule.  The only
-> -> objection I has was the strawberry garnish was obviously a pre frozen
-> -> berry. In the different times we've gone there, we've not yet had a
-> -> disappointing meal. This time we finally got to meet Uncle Bubba (Earl

I'd MUCH rather go to a place with a limited menu that
they did well than a place with pages and pages that 
all were poorly done...and there are plenty of those 
places around already (olive garden etc)!
