Ärende: Duck tounges and other odd stuff

Hi Carol!

I guess it depends on how they are packaged? So for instance, if the package
of duck tongues is a bulk package of say 20 of them or something... you know,
like chicken livers.. that kind of thing.. :) Then there'd be some bulk to
freeze and keep frozen.. some dry ice or whatever in the cooler should make it
for the trip I'd think..

No problems here, but anything you'd put in there you'd probably have already
covered with some type of wrap I'd guess.

Yeah, will be good to compare what you got overseas with what we get imported
over here :) We do have an asian import store in Binghamton (think I mentioned
it to you before).. but sometimes I wonder about the differences :) :)

Yeah, that would be neat :)

Bring what you need & Anything you can't bring, I'm pretty sure we can find in
Binghamton :)

I have large ones, but I'm not sure how many quart they hold.. they're pretty
big soup kettles .. I'll check later though and let you know :)

> one burner and doesnt have to be a big one, and about 15 mins unless I have

We shouldn't have any problems with shortages of cooktop space since we be able
to use both of the kitchens in the house (one kitchen has a doorway into the
other one, and each kitchen has it's own range)

You know best :)

I'm sure we'll be getting some good disposable stuff for the "zee weekend" :)

I think I still have some warming trays here someplace from my daughter's
wedding... we never through anything out Lol

Take care,
Janis
