I'm guessing yes, but I'm guessing others would be fine with it.  There's a
fine line on this.

Ok, sorry but us curious minds wanna know.  Most were probably afraid to ask
(g).  Figured I'd be the bold one and ask.  THen again, folks here are so
wicked, we'd aim 'angel hair' recipes at you since we know you'd take the
joke in good spirit as intended.

It's time for her to learn more but as Don and i like to cook, I think we
have actually intimidated her a bit.  It's all innocent, but she has her own
style not experimented with much and not sure of herself.

She signed up for 'home ec' for next year because she wants to try it along
with other stuff, and we think this is a very good thing for her soul as she
grows to the lady she will be, before our eyes.

Charlotte has seen me and Don experiment so knows failures happen, but she's
battling the 'gee, once in a blue moon failure' vice, oops mom, feeling. 
Thats one I didnt have as a kid. Mom, (lovely woman in all ways but not a
cook) could eat even my worst disasters.  Grin, it wasnt kindness.  It was
better than what she made.  (Again, did a really good job of raising 3 kids
on her own, and her *only* 'failing' was to be a very very plain cook.  I'm th
e least successful of us 3 kids).

I can wax poetic on my Mom, but she's plain simple good people with the best
of heart and good ethics she taught us all.  Grin, only here do I rag a bit
on her only failing.  Bert is a better cook though Mom has improved once she
wasnt trying to stretch the budget to cover 3 famished kids.


Grin, I just had a little image of her at a cooking picnic with us.  She'd
chop veggies and watch in facination but not be sure of eating anything too
strange like durian.

If you have room to hang onto'em, I could use them if we get to a picnic at
the same time? I had some old milk crates that helped but they seem to have
gone away now. Not worth cost to mail me what you have, but if you can tuck
themn to a side area with no trouble, we'll use'em!

Meantime, the very bottom of the freezer is whwere Don stacks his stuff.  I ca
nt reach that low comfortably.
