A good thought, but then the idiots they hire as cooks
(I won't call them chef if they can't do a steak really rare)
would have to cut your steak in half to see if it met 
the flashcard's standards.

Expensive doesn't always equate to good, at least
not to my tastes (grin)..I'm not a fan of any of the 
Johnny's, to a fan of that brand it may have been
pretty superb stuff!

Evidently there are uncertainties in where these 
particular critters vectored in from...some think
HongKong, or Singapore, (highly likely), and some 
think it may be a New Zealand critter. They all 
look so similar that the only way to really be 
absolutely positive is DNA. I'm not sure that
Amanda needs that certainty for her purposes
but if you meet someone who's interested in doing
it for you....it don't hurt to have that in your bag!
