That has a lovely flavour.  I have added canned smoked chipotle to
stewy roo things to give it a tasty kick.

Soup made with black flesh chickens is supposed to be good for "women's
problems".  I have had it in Singapore, and it tasted much like
ordinary chicken soup.  It was a little strange to see that even the
bones were black.   Quails here are used quite a lot in Greek and Thai
dishes.  At about half your price, they are still fairly expensive.
Very good eating when properly prepared, if you don't mind the labour
of picking over those little bones.  (I don't mind.)

As Americans are traditionally good at doing things on a large scale,
there is obviously an opening for someone.

As many people in poorer countries have found over the centuries, it is
possible to devise recipes which will turn otherwise unappetising
ingredients into gourmet dishes.

Today reached 42.1C (108F).  The evaporative aircon is working fine.  :)

I suggest cloves and nutmeg.  They work well with 'roo tail, so they
might work on you.  (g)
