  It does boggle the mind how something with dairy in it can be
  classified as non-dairy.   Just about as mind bending as that non-fat
  half-n-half coffee cream.

      Title: Mexican Chili-Cheese Burgers
 Categories: Ground beef, Barbecue
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      1 lb Ground round
      1 c  Tomato, plum; chopped/seeded
    1/4 c  Cilantro, fresh; minced
      1 tb Chili powder
      2 ts Pepper, jalapeno; minced/
           -seeded
    1/2 ts ;salt
    1/2 ts Dried oregano
    1/2 ts Ground cumin
    1/4 ts ;pepper
           Cooking spray
      4 sl Cheese, reduced fat Jack or
           -cheddar
    1/4 c  Sour cream, fat free
      4    Hamburger buns
      4    Lettuce leaves, iceberg
      8 sl Tomato (1/4 inch thick)
           Grilled onions (optional)
 
  :    Combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.  Divide mixture
  into 4 equal portions, shaping into 1/2 inch thick patties.
  :    Prepare grill.  Place patties on grill rack coated with cooking
  spray; grill 6 minutes on each side or until done.  Place 1 cheese
  slice on top of each patty; cover adn grill an additional minute or
  until cheese melts.
  :    Spread 1 tablespoon of sour cream over top half of each bun, and
  set aside.  Place patties on bottom halves of buns; top each with
  lettuce, tomato, onions (if desired), and top half of bun.
  :    Per serving:  381 cal (31% fat), 13.1g fat, 28.1g carb, 1.7g
  fiber,
       84 mg chol, 655mg sodium.
