Just the two of you that I know of.

Curious -- it did not appear on DOC's twice.  Perhaps some system
elsewhere did a burp and sent some messages out again.  Let me know if
you see any other dupes, or if it was just the one.

      Title: Bite-Back Ribs
 Categories: Barbecue, Habanero, Pork
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
        3 Lb Pork Loin, Back Rib, (Baby
             Back Ribs) -- Fat Trimmed
      1/4 c  Catsup
      1/4 c  Hoisin Sauce
        2 TB Lemon Juice
        2 TB Sugar
        2    cloves garlic -- Minced
      1/4 c  Sriracha Or Louisiana Hot
             Sauce
        1 TB Habanero Chili Hot Sauce
      1/4 ts Ground Cinnamon
      1/4 ts Ground Allspice
  
  1. Line an 11- by 17-inch roasting pan with foil. Arrange pork ribs
  in pan in a single layer and bake in a 450 F oven until browned,
  about 20 mins. Turn ribs over and bake until other side is browned,
  about 10 mins. Discard fat from pan.

  2. Meanwhile, combine catsup, hoisin, lemon juice, sugar, garlic,
  sriracha hot sauce, habanero hot sauce, cinnamon and allspice.

  3. Baste ribs with half of sauce. Cook for 10 mins, turn over, baste
  with rest of sauce, and bake until well-browned, 10 to 15 mins more.
  
  Per serving: 702 cal., 63% (441 cal) from fat; 40 g protein; 49 g fat
  (18 g sat); 21 g carbo (0.3 g fiber); 1,152 mg sodium; 194 mg chol.
  
  NOTES : For heat level 1, add 1 Tbs habanero chili hot sauce; for heat
  level 2, add 2 Tbs; for heat level 3, add 3 Tbs. Tested with Huy
  Fong Tuong Ot Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce and Vampfire Hot Sauce, and
  with El Yucateco (red) habanero sauce.
