What amazes me is the number of people at work who drink ice water during the
winter.  We have an ice machine, and they fill up their insulated mugs with ice
and water.  Brr!  I like water at room temperature so I can drink my fill of
it.

I believe that GNC is still there.  I went there a number of times, but not in
the past several years.  I also used to patronize Jo-Ann's quite a bit, but I
think they closed or went out of business.  Made do with the local craft stores
until they all folded, so now I have to go to Temple for a fabric store with a
good selection of notions.  I still miss a store of my childhood where they
sold zippers by the inch, put on slide tabs, and finished the ends according to
the type of zipper you wanted.

I've never lived in housing, but we did visit somebody once who did, in
Germany, I think.  Their living room was large enough for a kid to ride a
bicycle in.
