Ärende: pounds and cookbooks!

Giving up the chocolate has been the toughest 
for Annie, too much sugar added to it! I love grapefruit
but one of my meds interacts with it so I can't 
have it ....sigh I love grapefruit too!

Some of them are so old and fragile I should
just toss them (gee, then I'd have more room
for more NEW cookbooks! ). Some are old 
paperbacks that we used when we were

Fat yes, no carbs to speak of in cream. And if you
us fat free half and half you cut most of the fat 
out as well.
