It would make more sense to claim that United is selling the caffiene to help
stave off the bankruptcy sale auctioneers.

Almost all good coffee is grown in the mountains. Burred arrrs or not.

'Cept my Fonda is a restaurant - not a Hollywood. It's all where your head is.
When I think of Fonda it is generally not in conjunction with the restaurant,
nor with the Clan Fonda of thespian fame. Rather it is thoughts of a famous
motordrome in Upstate New York - where guys like Maynard Troyer and Buzzie
Reiutemann used to race.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Musquee De Provence Gratin With Two Cheeses
 Categories: Squash, Cheese
      Yield: 4 servings
 
  1 1/2 tb Butter
      3 lb Musquee de Provence or other
           - fine-fleshed winter squash
           - seeded, in 2" wedges
      2 tb Extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Fresh ground black pepper
    1/4 ts Fresh grated nutmeg
    1/2 c  Creme fraiche
  1 1/2 tb Grated Parmesan
  1 1/2 tb Grated Gruyere
 
  From Georgeanne Brennan. In Provence, this is a favorite
  wintertime dish, appearing on restaurant menus as well as
  on the family table.
  
  Preheat oven to 350ƒ. Grease a baking dish with 1/2 tb of
  the butter.
  
  Rub the squash all over with olive oil. Place on a baking
  sheet and bake until tender, about 1 1/2 hours. Remove from
  the oven, scoop out the flesh and discard the skin. Put the
  flesh in a bowl with the salt, pepper, nutmeg and creme
  fraiche. Mix well.
  
  Spread the squash evenly in the baking dish, sprinkle the
  top with the cheeses and dot with the remaining butter.
  
  Bake until the top is slightly golden and the squash is
  bubbling at the edges, about 15 minutes.
  
  Serves 4
