The south beach plan is quite reasonable, 
good carbs are complex carbs, high fiber carbs
and such. Bad carbs are those simple carbs,
refined white flour, sugar, and such.

Yes, I did, and it expires at the end of this month.
Will call the surgeon and see if I can schedule a
cortisone shot in the knee to see if it can help
with the issue. Will ask about a continuance of the 
tag...but don't know if I'll be approved for it again.

not much different than the regular stores
on that issue. If I am looking specifically for
something organic/natural I'll go to one of
the several good "health food" stores we have 
in the area.
