GJ> You should know me better than that! (Although the thought did occur

Not being a wine bibber - except for a very occasional glass with friends on
social occasions - the thought never crossed my frontal lobes.

They probably think their camel and kangaroo meat grows in those plastic

IOW, poor customer service. Cheap barstids.

Haven't they restored the heating since the earthquakes?

GJ> An unwanted complication occurred last Wednesday evening as a car

I dunno what laws/regulations obtain where you are. In my particular political
subdivision of America if I am the injured party the insurer of the culprit who
outraged my person or property has to fix things to my satisfaction. As one of
their adjustors found when an insured drunk smashed into my (parked) car. As
the car was old in years but in good repair and had had much custom work done
to it I wished to keep it. And have it repaired to its former intact state. OR
replaced exactly. The drunks insurance company's adjustor wanted to "total" my
car and give me a cheque for less than 1% of its real value. We wound up before
the Illinois Insurance Commission - who ruled in my favour. Much to the shock
of the adjustor.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Cheese-Cauliflower-Sausage Casserole (Adjusted)
Categories: Casseroles, Cheese, Pork, Vegetables, Poultry
      Yield: 8 servings

      1 md Head cauliflower
    1/2 c Real bacon bits
 10 3/4 oz Can cream of celery soup;
           - any cream soup will work
    1/2 c Dairy sour cream
    1/4 c Heavy cream
      3 c Shredded cheddar cheese
      1 lb Pork & bacon sausage *
      1 lb Ground chicken **
      1 sm Yellow onion; chopped
           Salt & pepper

I found a "hash brown" casserole recipe on another site and
thought it sounded really good as a breakfast casserole.

But I had to make some adjustments to it so that it had
  more protein.

Wash cauliflower and cut up into florets. Steam until
  tender.

Drain well and chop up into "hash brown" size pieces (a hand
  masher works great).

Add bacon bits and put into greased casserole dish.

Brown meat with onion until done, drain.

In a bowl, mix cream of celery soup with sour cream and
heavy cream. Add shredded cheese and mix well.

Mix all ingredients and put in casserole dish.

Bake in 350øF/175øC oven for approx. 30 mins until bubbly
  and browned on top.

  Makes 8 servings

  * Whenever a recipe calls for sausage, I use Farmland pork
and bacon sausage. It's very "fatty" but it is the absolute
MOST flavorful sausage I have every eaten. It's found in the
  freezer section near breakfast meat.

** I chose a low fat meat to counteract the fatty sausage.
You can use 2 lbs of any meat you would like
