Good shots.  When we went on the bus tour in Denali, there were grizzy
but none closer than 500 yards.  The driver had a high power telescope
that pulled them in and displayed the images on little TV screens.  I
tried to take a snap shot of the screens, but it did not work.

We also saw a lone wolf, no caribou (later on we saw some, but not in
Denali), moose, and lots of dall sheep.


MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: Panang Mussels
 Categories: Thai, Seafood
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      2 lb Mussels
      2 cn Coconut milk, reduced by
           - 50%
      4 tb Coriander
      2 tb Cumin/2 tbsp curry powder
      1 ts Fire flake (crushed red
           -pepper)<G>
      4 tb Veg oil, with 1 tsp sesame
           -oil added
      5 tb Fresh garlic, sliced paper
           -thin
      5 tb Fresh ginger, chopped
      5    Whole, roasted Cardamom
           -pads
           -Chiffinade snow-peas, about
    1/3    Cup
 
  Reduce the milk with the cardamom pods, and let soak for a
  few hours, after reducing. Cardamom is potent, so check the
  intensity often.

  Julienne one large red onion and one of each red and green bell
  peppers, In a large saute pan, add the oil, when it smokes, add the
  garlic/ginger/onion/peppers, and brown lightly. Add the snow-peas,
  toss, add the mussels and remaining spices, toss, add the coconut
  milk.

  Cover and allow to cook for about two minutes at a vigorous boil.
  Remove from heat and sprinkle with salt to taste, toss and serve.
  
  Have everything ready beforehand, as they cook in about a
  minute in high heat, the total cooking time is around 4:00
  minutes! Serves "several", depending...
  It would serve me and someone else.
