Well, the Normans *DID* kick the Angles' and Saxon's arses up between their
shoulder blades. Many people lose sight of the fact that fabled King Arthur and
Camelot - long thought to be part of the British mythos by most - was actually
from Normandy.

I will keep mum on that little windfall.

Yes, they do expect some tornadoes. A few of them. And those not nearly so
severe as what has happened. We get them here, too. Mattrafack, the sports
teams of the town in which I grew to teen-hood are named the "Tornadoes". Want
to guess why? And one of the teams from my present location is known as the
"Cyclones" - probably because "Tornadoes" was already taken by a near-by school
system.

One of the guys in my Vintage Iron Riders motorcycle club lost a 10 acre wood
lot, chock-a-block with mature black walnuts, hickory, ash and white oak trees.
I advised him to contact a timber dealer and get an estimate of his loss to
submit to his insurance company. He was skeptical, but went ahead. Last week he
handed me a U$100 bill as sort-of a "finder's fee". Bv)=
