My problem is remembering everything. It takes a lot of concentration
and I couldn't do it while trying to juggle everything else.

I've got a number of things in the freezer I did before I went out to
Las Vegas for Steve to eat while I was gone. I'll try to leave
most of them and cook new for a couple of weeks. Steve will be able to
help out too; I've got a lot of sewing to do between now and June 12.

It looks good but I've got to limit Steve's corn intake. I would enjoy
polenta several times a week with various sauces and corn in different
ways but Steve would be having migraines all the time.

Try it; you may not find it useful but until you get used to the new
arraingement, it will help.

Get help from the grandsons. At least the older ones would be able to
help and I'm sure even the little one could find some way to help.

Are the island doors accessible from both sides? On Rachel's island, the
doors and drawers can only be accessed from one side. It's the side
closer to the sink, stove and dishwasher but there were times I was
wishing I could get to it from the other side as well.

Work it out, move everything and enjoy your new arraingement.

You have the sprawl room for it. I have the folding cutting table that I
keep a foldable cutting board on. For the most part, the table is kept
half size as I don't have a lot of wiggle room when it's open full.
