Oh, I rather like her.  Fun wild dressing, but solid bones to most of the

Naw.  Not big enough to have a kitchen staff.  It was a one man operation
back there.

Yup.  Been standing too long myself just now.  I took it in stages but I'm
attempting for the first time in many years to make sugared (crystalized)
 ginger.

I'm plotting another trip to Asian grocery with some friends to show them what
 to do with the stuff.  Next weekend.
