Money might be a mental issue for them just the same...  but the torn up
house would indeed be an issue...  Everything at once has its benefits,
but it also is a very hard thing to deal with, very overwhelming.  Of
course, a never-ending construction project as one does one thing after
another gets to be just as overwhelming...  If they had somewhere to
stay while the massive project was happening, it might make things
easier on them... but all the change at once might also be overwhelming.

El Latino would be a good choice.  :)  Among other things, it's
convenient to the expressway system, and on the west side of town...
and very close to our house...   :)   Keep me posted.  I'll understand
if the schedule doesn't allow, but it would indeed be fun.  :)
