Hi Nancy,

Finally, and slowly but surely, I'm making progress haha

Just when you think the echo is quieting down a bit - well, glad to see it's
still quite active :)

As I think I mentioned in the FIDOGAZETTE echo, this very last round of
Antibiotics almost went there.. geez.. it was nasty.. So now I'm trying to
stay away from _anything_ I'm allergic to, to give my body a shot at recovering
from allergic reactions.. I think I had too many reactions in way too short a
period of time, hence the serious allergic reaction to the latest one he
tried.. that was almost scarey.

Definitely true :)

That is something that will help I think.

Sometimes I prefer the older guys ... they've seen more..

Ha - well you can see how behind I am in messages (g) but I am now off
everything that could cause a reaction.. eventually I'll get back to normal.
That is one of the good things about low-dose-naltrexone.. it really does help
with things like that, to get your system back in sync.

Good for you - my doc wanted me to try one as well, and I got my levels down
with Niacin and Fish oil.. works for me (g).. but the reason he wanted me to
stop the amantadine (and it turned out he was right), was he said he thought
that was creating some problems with my legs and swelling.. off the amantadine,
and yay, it went away. Of course at that time I was so sentised to all the
antibiotics the provigil caused me other problems.. but I took it today and all
seems well.. that's the replacement for the amantadine that fights the fatigue
of MS.. so far so good.

>didn't want to take the chance that it was just yet

Boy do I know what you mean there.. who needs it. Well, that's why I backed
off everything for a week or more and then tried the provigil again.. I'm NOT
going to touch any antibiotics though :) :) Not for a couple of years, if
that.

>> Darn weather turned chilly here already (high 60's, low 70's) so now I

Lived through it, and even the ups and downs more recently in the area.. now
it's supposed to hit in the upper 70's this coming week.. that should be nice
:)

Trying to dig up a decent summer dinner since it's in the high 80's today.. I
think hamburgers and french fries sound good (g).

Take care,
Janis
