I was seldom the last one picked, often I was
either the third or fourth guy picked after the
"buddy picks" were done. I was a very good 
shortstop, adequate second baseman and 
fairly good at the hot corner. but SS was always
my love, lots of action and you got to work in 
both directions.

We just took 2 out of 3 from the Phillies, and 
they were all exciting games!  I watched them
from home with Annie, would have loved to have
been at the park for them though!  We're still
half a game back of the rangers, and off
to play the Nats for the next three days.
I'd LOVE to take the lead from texass 
but it's three days in DC and then back
here for three against the Marlins and then
three against the braves...lot of flying
and not a lot of rest...does not portend
wonderous things for our guys!
