One "one-hit" wonder band I like is The Church.  Their "In The Milky Way" song
is one people think of but they have a lot of good songs in their discography.
I'm a fan of "deep cuts" with certain bands.

You do know that the lead singer of Yaz(oo) is none other than Vince Clark, a
founding member of Depeche Mode and one half of the duo Erasure, right?  In
fact, Erasure is coming on tour to Asheville, NC, very soon (within the next
three months).  Maura and I are hoping to go see them in concert since
Asheville's less than an hour's drive south of us on I-26.

The neat thing is that I have a friend who works in a sound shop here in town
that said that if I went from a full-DIN radio to a half-DIN radio, he would be
able to modify the dashboard so I could mount my ham radio that I have in the
truck right now to fit inside the dash instead of it being on top of the dash
but that would involve making custom brackets and a good bit of modification. 
I just can't justify that expense right now!

Trying to be on-topic, I made "tuna mac" (mac and cheese with tuna) last night.
To try to dress it up a bit, I put in about 1/8 cup of seasoned Italian
breadcrumbs.  That experiment was actually tasty to me but my wife kinda panned
the idea.  She and I have different tastes in food.  I think my bachelor ways
still haven't quite exited my system yet. :)

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: School Cafeteria Macaroni And Cheese
 Categories: Pasta, Cheese
      Yield: 1 Servings

      8 oz Package macaroni
  2 1/4 c  Grated cheese
      1 ts Salt
           -crumbled potato chips
      4 tb Butter
      1 c  Milk
           -pepper to taste

  * Preheat oven to 300 degrees. * Cook macaroni 5 to 8 minutes in
  boiling salted water, until just tender; drain. * Stir butter into
  macaroni. Add 2 cups cheese, milk, salt and pepper, and pour into a 2
  quart casserole. Bake 30 minutes, until cheese is well set. Sprinkle
  on remaining 1/4 cup of cheese and crumbs or potato chips, then broil
  1 minute, or until brown on top. Notes: You can use a mild Vermont
  Cheddar, but if you like it blander than that, use Velveeta; for more
  zest, choose New York State coon cheese or Oregon Tillamook. From:
