Oh, okay.  I have been told by a few of my regular "board hoppers" that Doc's
has been having problems on and off but it's the sysop's curse: as soon as you
step away from the BBS, it breaks down. :)

Thankfully, Felix and his bulk aren't a problem any more for Mr. CAT-5 Cable as
I've tucked the cable behind and under the desk so there's no more "oops"
moments.  As for no electricity, right now the BBS is not on an UPS but I am
planning on getting one here soon for it.  The other UPS I have powers the
firewall/router computer, the main LAN switch, my ATA for my VoIP line, and the
DSL interface ("modem").

I'd like to get a much bigger UPS to run the BBS with and I'd also like to get
one that I can interface with the BBS so when the juice gets low in the UPS,
the BBS can be signalled to properly shut itself down.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Catfish And Crawfish Mold
 Categories: Salads
      Yield: 8 Servings

      1 c  Chopped parsley
      1 c  Cream cheese
    1/2 c  Dry white wine
      1 x  Salt, to taste
      1 tb Lemon juice
      1 lb Catfish meat, cooked
      1 ts Louisiana hot sauce
      1 lb Crawfish meat, cooked
      1 tb Lea & Perrins

  Chop catfish and crawfish in food processor.  Add wine, parsley, lemon
  juice, and salt.  Mix real well.   Add hot sauce and Lea & Perrins
  Worcestershire sauce.  Mix well.  Add cream cheese. Mix well.
  Refrigerate overnight in a mold.  Serve with crackers or on a bed of
  lettuce. You can use shrimp of crawfish aren't available. From Justin
