Plus you work pretty much full time. I'm a part time student and my
sewing for others is picking up again. Made an aloha style (in Christmas
fabric) for my Santa client in 10 days after I got home from AZ. That
included tracing off the pattern size I needed (XXXL) and making the
necessary changes. More work to come.

Depends on the neighborhood too. Find one that's relatively close in
another direction & check it out.
