The fact that he's a real "Richard" doesn't surprise me.  I think he's pretty
full of himself.  As for uh, getting "done", that wouldn't surprise me.  When
you walk in a place and act like you own it and step on other's Richards, well,
yeah, bad things mysteriously occur.

I admit I liked his show at first but after about three episodes he was grating
on me like sandpaper on skin.

I also agree that now (for me at least) there's no reason to watch Food Network
anymore since any serious foodie stuff has moved over to Fine Living or Cooking
Channel.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Fried Morel Mushrooms
 Categories: Abfarr, Ffbb, Fungi
      Yield: 4 Servings

      8 oz Mushrooms, morel, to 10
           -ounces
    1/2 c  Flour, all-purpose
    1/2 c  Crackers, Ritz, crushed
    1/2 ts Salt, kosher
    1/4 ts Pepper, black, fresh ground
      2 ea Egg, beaten
      1 ea Oil, olive

  Clean the mushrooms and cut them in half lengthwise.  Place the flour,
  crackers, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl and whisk to combine.
  Place the eggs in a separate bowl.

  In a 10-inch sauté pan over medium heat, pour in enough oil to
  completely cover the bottom of the pan and heat until it shimmers.
  While the oil is heating, toss the mushrooms in the eggs, then dredge
  them in the flour mixture.  Carefully place the mushrooms in the
  sauté pan and cook until golden brown on all sides, tossing
  occasionally, 6 to 8 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack set over a
  half sheet pan and cool slightly before serving.
