Which is why I seldom order "extra, extra hot"
and simply dose whatever comes with what's
at the table, usually sambal of some sort.

My guess would be Ethiopian? Minn/StPaul has
a HUGE Ethiopian population...Amanda and I 
intended to visit one near her college on one
of my visits there...but when we got there found
that it was closed for some family celebration (which
was going on inside at the time) so ended up
going to a Famous Dave's nearby....
Not a fair trade, though the meat was good.
