I hate that. Not long evening dress, but competitions for
piano scholarships. Having judged well into the double digits
of the latter (well, maybe mildly into the double digits for
piano ones) but never having worn a long evening dress.

That would be silly, as meat and fat both contain between 65-75 mgpct
of cholesterol.

Create a market for kangaroo veal, improve the economic
value, shoot animals before they can breed. Easy peasy.

How many are there, compared to the anticipated culling?
Unless you people start eating a whole lot more meat or you
institute massive distributions of marsupial contraceptive,
the situation isn't going to improve.

Lavender creme brulee with citrus salad
cat: dessert
Serves: 5

1 pt heavy cream
1 Tb dried lavender
4 egg yolks
1/2 c sugar
4 Tb brown sugar
1 orange, peeled and segmented
1 grapefruit, peeled and segmented

Combine the cream and dried lavender in a pan; simmer over
low heat for about 12 min. In the meantime, use a whisk to
combine the egg yolks and sugar. Combine the cream with the
egg yolks and sugar. Strain through a fine sieve to remove
the dried lavender.

Pour the cream mixture into ramekins. Place the ramekins
in a double boiler over hot water. Place the double boiler
in an 275F oven and cook for 40 min. Remove from oven and
let cool. Sprinkle with brown sugar and use a blowtorch
to caramelize until the top is crispy.

Presentation: Place each ramekin on plate. Garnish with
the orange and grapefruit segments.
