You've hit the nail on the head, but we wouldn't be so
bad if we had to rely on pens and paper to communicate,
rather than getting the electrons to do the work.

with them!

Maple-glazed bacon
cat: breakfast, pork
yield: 3 to 4 servings

1/2 lb thick-cut bacon slices
1 oz maple syrup, warmed

Preheat an oven to 400F.

Place the bacon slices on a large, oven-safe grill pan or
baking sheet and bake for 15 min. Remove the pan from the
oven. Brush the bacon slices with maple syrup and pour off
the excess fat from the pan. Return the pan to the oven
and continue baking until the bacon is crispy, 5 min more.

Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined baking sheet and
let drain for about 5 min. Serve immediately.
