As cholesterol is of such great importance in people's lives and
arteries, it is surprising that more is not known about its generation
and deposition within the body.

When a roo is caught in your spotlight, you don't stop to check
whether it is a pregnant female or not, but just if it is big enough
to be worth shooting.  Today I visited Macro Meats to get some mince,
steak and bangers at wholesale prices.  I was told that all their roos
came from NSW and Queensland.  They also had wild boar and wild
rabbits for sale, but they were expensive.  I think the roo meat shop
in the Central Market gets supplies from SA sources.

      Title: Soul Brothers' Greens
 Categories: Vegetables, Ceideburg, Chilies
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
           Stephen Ceideburg
      2 bn Turnip greens
      1 bn Curly mustard greens
    1/2 c  Chopped onion
      1 tb To 2 tb olive or vegetable
           -oil
           Cayenne pepper
           Salt
 
  Wash the turnip and mustard greens.
  
  Combine greens with the chopped onion and oil in a saucepan.
  
  Cook over medium heat until tender.
  
  Season to taste with cayenne pepper and salt. PER SERVING: 75
  calories, 4 g protein, 11 g carbohydrate, 3 g fat (0 g saturated), 0
  mg cholesterol, 66 sodium, 5 g fiber.
