I used a little backpackers Primus stove.
very small, very light and very useful!

We're still behind...Generally
speaking July- Sept are our driest
months..and this year has been a bit

we have a crawl space...but the wall
that has the stove in the kitchen 
abuts the slab that the garage used
to sit on...which extends the length
of that wall. Which makes it 
difficult for the piping..it would
have to come up through the floor,
which I am not so sure I want at
this point...the kitchen is tight
enough already!

We have some friends who are liver
transplant patients and yes, they
have a TON of meds...also a friend
with an artificial hip, he needs to
take several courses of strong 
antibiotics before even going
to the dentist!

Doc says this round should not be such
a problem with the nausea...But Anne is
also experiencing a lot of nasal drainage
and congestion (from the chemo) and even
has some small ulcers in her nose. We think 
this might be a contributing factor in her
nausea.
