It would seem so.. I have a few more people to talk to but it looks like that's
what we'll be doing.

Ha - know what you mean there.  Hopefully that won't be a concern here in NY
where everything seems to cost an arm and a leg (laugh)

Yeah, for sure.  I don't think anything I take can't be gotten as a generic..
except for Low-dose naltrexone, but the cost of that one is just $30.00/month.
It's not covered as an MS drug anyway (since it's supposed to be used for
helping heroin and opium addics by blocking affects of such drugs
http://www.lowdosenaltrexone.org/).  So anyway, we're used to paying for that
one.

Though I have to admit I do like alligator (had that in Louisville :)) Frogs
legs I've eaten at a local chinese restaurant tasted a bit too swampy for my
taste though hehe

==Broiled Eel==

2 pounds eel, skinned and cut into 3" pieces 1 cup dry white wine
1 small onion, sliced
1 bay leaf
pinch thyme
2 sprigs fresh parsley
6 black peppercorns
salt
flour
1/3 cup melted butter

In saucepan, put wine, onion, bay leaf, thyme, parsley and peppercorns.  Add
salt to taste and bring to simmer.  Add eel and cover with boiling water.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until done and the eel is flaking.  Let the eel
cook in it's liquid.

Remove the eel and drain well.  Pat the eel dry.  Roll lightly in flour and
then brush with melted butter.  Place on an oiled broiler pan and broil about 4
inches from heat source.  Turn until browned on all sides.

Maybe the writer should have tried something like the above? :)
