I suspect I was one of those who often confused them... especially as I
would see them only in my travels, pretty much...  :)

Guess I'm not very surprised there...

And that is just about self-explanatory... (G)  I didn't know where it
was specifically, only heard tales of it from various sources...  ;) 
There aren't any in walking distance of me, either... any more, anyway.

Agreed.  Likewise, even if I don't get as adventurous as you.  :)  One
of my primary charges is subject to pneumonia (but not as much as she
used to be), frequent UTI's and the occasional cellulitis infection. 
She also is allergic to sulfa and penicillin, and there is a decreasing
number of antibiotics that are going to be theraputic for her... lots of
fun, as you maay imagine....

Hmmm....  But the best part of baking bread is the kneading... along
with the punching down....  It allows one to harmlessly vent all sorts
of hostilities and frustrations, and produce something wonderful in the
