I've never met a mustard for which a teaspoon was too much
in combination with more than a couple ounces of food.

To amplify and correct: the company claims that its
steak sub type steaks are real sirloin; and they sell
steak steaks as well (at $1.2-1.6/oz, not a bad price
in a restaurant if for good meat).

To amplify and correct: Annie served me a 1+ lb ribeye
yesterday and I ate it in one sitting and might have wanted
more - she had cooked two of them for me, saying "I'm sure
you can eat them." I had the second one for breakfast.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v7.07

      Title: Egg Foo Yung
 Categories: Chinese, Eggs
   Servings:  5

     16 oz Mixed chinese vegetables,
           -drained
      5 oz Boned chicken or
    3/4 c  Cooked chicken
    1/4 c  Minced onion
    1/2 ts Seasoned salt
      4    Eggs
      5 ts Butter or margarine

  In mixing bowl, combine vegetables, chicken or turkey, onion, and season
  salt. Mix thoroughly.  Add eggs and stir just until combined.  Preheat wok
  at Med. about 2 minutes.  Melt 1 tsp of butter or margarine.  Add 1/2 C of
  egg mixture or just enough to cover center flat base of wok. Cook for 3
  minutes or until browned and egg is set.  Turn like a pancake with a smooth
  edged spatula and cook second side for 2 minutes.  Turn only once. Either
  push up the side to keep warm or place on platter. Repeat cooking with
  remaining 4 patties. Serve immediately with Sherry-Broth Sauce or bottled
  sweet-sour sauce or mustard sauce.  Makes 5 servings or 5 5-1/2 inch wide
  egg foo yung.
