No wonder you have such a pile to go through...!   :)   I tend to do
more "mental" clipping (oh, that looks good, should try it that way
sometime)... of course the drawback there is that it isn't there to look
at when one does decide to try something like that...  ;)

Guess you need a better filing system for all those clippings... ;)

Plusses and minuses to both systems..  :)  You need a "standing file" of
the working copies, properly indexed, etc...  when they get too mussed,
you can make a new one from the cookbook or the computer...  ;)
