Yes, it is.. especially because at Cornell Med. center/NYHosp/Presbyterian
(some kind of meld there between the big hospitals) is really on top of the
best or newest treatments for MS.. If he wasn't such a strange one I'd make the
trip to NYC like I used to.. Oh well.. maybe if I get tired of the local-yokel
here (he's _really_ not that bad (G)) I'll pay him a visit again.

He did impress us right from the start. Telling me exactly why I had trouble
walking and such.. and he was right.. the Med he prescribed works.

Of course.. which is why I waited the time involved the first few times I went
there.. but this was different.. almost like, "You've had this for over 36
years.. I have patients who've just gotten it".. "Maybe I can stop it for
them". sure Lol..  Even Ron noticed that one :)  That's one of differences with
my previous Doc.. he didn't think that way. That's what bothered me.

Yep.. in the beginning it could have been caused by a number of things..
Yuckier but different (g) I feel bad for the people who go from dr. to dr.
trying to find out what they have. I was lucky that way since I found that
first guy pretty much from the start. A lot of people aren't so lucky.

Well I've given up on the Chonroitin/Glucosamine pill for now.. There was some
other side effect I read about, and it wasn't helping no matter how carefully I
rembembered to take it.... so the best thing was to quit it ... I think it had
to do with blood sugar, which I'm right on the edge of all the time.

I've gone back to NSAID standard, Anacin.. It's really so simple to me.. You
get Asperin 400mg, caffeine 32g (maybe this was about the 1/3 cup of coffee per
pill) so when I take two I'm "OK" Lol.....At least the knees feel better, and
oh my, I'm mostly awake (smile)

Yes, indeed if you have a small pill bottle..like a prescription bottle. but
these guys I bought are two big bottles with 240 pills in each.. now I've only
opened one bottle but.. :)

I think I'm going to have to either go for phys. therapy for this darn shoulder
or give in and get the direct shot into the muscle ... right in the top of my
darn shoulder that I smashed when I fell..doc has some pills that reduce
inflamation that help some.. but really, it cracks me up.. anacin works just as
well for me.
