Just like mine, except instead of crumbled cornbread and Bell's,
I used Bell's stuffing mix with cranberries (and added raisins).

The boys had claimed that they adored stuffing, so I made about
three pounds of it, of which they ended up taking modest servings
(being enthralled by Connie's broccoli-Velveeta-Ritz casserole)
and I ended up eating for the rest of the week.

 DS> We are a stuffing-mad crowd, and I made a
 DS> huge roasting pan filled with the stuff and mounded higher yet, and at
 DS> the end of the day there was barely enough left over to fill a sandwich
 DS> bag. 

Sounds awesome. Glad you all had a great time, as did we,

      Title: Paulines Most Excellent Cornbread Dressing:
 Categories: Stuffings
      Yield: 1 Servings

  1 1/2 c  Celery, chopped fine
    1/4 c  Butter
      1 c  Onions, chopped fine
      1 ts Salt
      1 ts Poultry seasoning
      2 ts Sage
           Chicken broth
      1    Recipe cornbread (we ust
           -Martha White white
           -cornmeal, recipe on bag)

  Saute celery and onions in 1/4 cup of butter, add to crumbled and cooled
  cornbread, add broth to moisten, then stuff into turkey or bake seperately.

  Source: unknown, but not me! - Although Pauline is quite attractive,
  I've never traded so much as recipes with her.
