Duck a la orange can't be made with lime. (G) seriously, I'm sure this
is nowhere near proper duck a la orange--have to find a recipe for it.
Steve is thinking of tea smoking it; we'll have to decide which way we
want to go but I think my idea sounds rather flavorful.

My mom had them in college--but she started in 1946. Guess they had to
use up all those that weren't used during the war.

Kinda hard to keep much of anything fresh that length of time. Even
green bags wouldn't hold produce fresh that long.

I'm not trying any take offs these days, can't land with no take off.
Believe me, I'm being a lot more cautious now--making sure the step
stool is firmly planted on the floor, using the step stool instead of a
chair, etc.

Sounds good to me. Muppet movies are good for taking your mind off of
blips. There's a new one in the theater but I'd suggest you wait until
it comes out on DVD/Blue Ray. Hard to cook and concentrate on a Muppet
movie at the same time tho, or you'll end up cooking like the (mock)
Swedish Chef.

I showed her and asked if I could take it (and a couple of others). She
OKed it but has probably forgotten I have it. It's a good one.

After I finished treatment, I didn't pig out on chocolate, just had a
little bit each day--about my usual.

Great! Sounds like she was seriously missed.

That must have been hard, on both sides. Hugs will come in time.
