Not sure you can get duck A l'orange with soy
as an ingredient anyway...I've never tried to 
make it, Amanda and I like duck...but someone
else does not...so we never have made it at
home. Amanda has made it since she left home
but I have not (sigh).

Yep. Anne is upset about running out of 
sick leave, and possibly not getting any
"Shared" sick leave donated to her. There
have been a bunch of calls for shared sick
leave already this year and she's afraid that
as "last in line" she may not get any...and
that the loss of her pay( and US having to pay
the full cost of her health coverage, not just
"her" part) will make things really rough for
us...I keep telling her not to worry, I have 
things under control...but nagging worries are
hard to erase!
