Well, François maybe, certainly not Jean-Claude (as a trained doctor) he was a
lawyer by training, a playboy by inclination and a full time megalomaniac. But,
Baby Doc hits on all the other points   Bv)=

That was also *there*. I've never had Pizza Hut pizza that was as good as even
street pizza slices from New York - not in these United States. Best I've ever
managed was "acceptable". Heck, even Domino's is better than most Pizza Hut
pizza I have had - which is NOT saying anything especially good about Domino's.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Roasted Oyster Pizza
 Categories: Seafood, Pizza, Mushrooms, Citrus, Cheese
      Yield: 2 pizzas

      1 lg Vidalia onion; sliced
      1 lb Portobello mushrooms; sliced
      3 tb Butter
      2 cl Garlic; minced
           Thin Crust dough
      2 tb Cornmeal
           +=OR=+
      2 tb Olive oil
      1 c  Lemon Cream Sauce *
      2 c  Asiago cheese
     24    Oven or grill-roasted
           - oysters; shucked
           Fresh ground black pepper
    1/4 c  Minced fresh parsley

  * Separate recipe

  In a large skillet or Dutch oven, combine onions,
  mushrooms, butter, and garlic. Cook over medium heat,
  stirring often, until onions and mushrooms are tender.

  Roll dough into two 12" circles, slightly thicker at the
  edges than in the center. If using pizza pans, sprinkle
  the bottom with cornmeal or coat with olive oil and place
  dough in pan. If using a pizza stone, sprinkle with
  cornmeal and place stone in oven.

  Preheat oven to 400øF/205øC.

  Spread a thin layer of lemon cream sauce over each crust,
  leaving one inch around the edges bare. Sprinkle pizzas
  with Asiago cheese. Spread onions and mushrooms over the
  sauce.

  Bake pizzas, one at a time if necessary, at 400øF/205øC in
  the center of the oven for 10 minutes. Add a dozen oysters
  to each pizza, topped by pepper and parsley. Bake 5
  minutes longer. Remove from oven and let stand for 5
  minutes, then slice and serve.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Lemon Cream Sauce
 Categories: Sauces, Wine, Citrus, Cheese, Dairy
      Yield: 3 cups

    1/4 c  Butter
      2 tb Sauce flour
    1/3 c  White wine
      2 tb Fresh-squeezed lemon juice
      1 ts Grated lemon zest
      4 cl Garlic; pressed
      1 tb Fine minced fresh parsley
           - or dill
      2 c  Heavy cream
      1 c  Shredded Parmesan cheese
           Salt & fresh ground pepper

  Once the cream has been whisked into the sauce, do not
  allow the mixture to boil and do not attempt to reheat the
  sauce.

  In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add
  sauce flour and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.

  Add wine and lemon juice and whisk until smooth. Bring to
  a boil.

  Whisk in lemon zest, garlic, and herbs and cook for 2
  minutes.

  Turn heat to low. Slowly whisk cream into the mixture and
  cook just until hot but not simmering.

  Add Parmesan cheese to the sauce and remove from heat.
  Stir occasionally. Once cheese has melted, use sauce in
  recipes.
