the Capitol Building, yep ,she's 
within 15 minutes walk I think. 
Transit seems to be pretty good 
in Sacramento..perhaps because
it's the Capitol..

She likes to walk and it seems
that she can catch either a bus
or a light rail (not sure HOW
light) within a block or so of
her apartment and get within
a block of where she works in 
the Public Lands Commission 
Building.
