I'm coming rather close right now, thinking of past episodes
and almost reliving them. Also two glasses of red wine with
supper. Fluorescent light. The stress of being here (see
yesterday's packet).

 Stress and probably scent (Glade?) got me this past

Funny, how the senses conspire to cause problems.

Now, there's no visual aura, rather an aural aura as it were,
a sound as of a thousand crickets inside my head: I'm pretty
certain it's not pure insanity, but on the few occasions that
I thought I was going nuts - before I figured out the migraines
and the anxieties thing - this same sound really drove me to
distraction.

Ergotamine tartrate - I could use some of that right now.
Or indomethacin (which I had to go off because of the
bleeding issues, but I'd risk it tonight).

Was the hemiplegia on the same side as the pain? I'd guess probably.

Or a grain of sand. Reminds me about the Google Translate
game, where you subject a phrase to successive translations
into various languages - a computerized version of Telephone.

Another trait found among autistics! Both sound and smell,
the senses at which I excel.

---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

      Title: Vegetable Upama
 Categories: Vegetables, Side-dish
      Yield: 6 Servings

      1 c  Sujee *
      1 c  Mixed vegetable **
      3 c  Water
      2 ts Vegetable oil
      1 ts Towar dal ***
      1 ts Mustard seeds
      1 md Size onion, chopped
      1    Green pepper, chopped
           Some kadhi patha ****
           Lemon juice *****
           Salt *****

  * (Cream of wheat) ** (Any vegetable) *** (arahra dal) **** (metha neeam)
  ***** (according to your taste)

  M's note: *** = yellow lentils;
  I think **** is fenugreek leaf but am not sure

  Take the pot and cook the sujee (without oil) until it gets brown. Take it
  out from the pot (Note stir it continously) Take a pot and warm the oil in
  it. Pop the mustard seeds in the oil and then put the green pepper, towar
  dal, kadhi patha and chopped onion in it. Cook these things until onion
  become brown.

  Put the vegetable in the pot and add three cups of water, salt, lemon juice
  and cover the pot for 2 minutes.

  Now add sujee in the pot and mix it well. Turnned off the flame, cover the
  pot and put aside for 1 minute. This is ready to serve.

  Quantity: 6 people Cooking time: 10 min.
