Ärende: almost baseball time

-> -> Got that down! This morning, knowing I wanted to do curry for supper

-> -> that we were going to visit friends (She's laid up from hip surgey.)

-> -> the afternoon, I got going on it. Cooked the beef & onion mix, then
-> -> added the potatoes & cooked them until just short of tender. All I
had
-> -> to do when we got home was reheat & thicken it, reheat some rice and
-> -> heat a can of peas & paneer cheese. Got that on close out at Lowe's 
last
-> -> week; going there tomorrow & see if more are available. Steve tried

-> -> the tortilla press we got a while ago--tortillas were somewhat on the
-> -> thick side but made a good substitute for naan.
-> 
->  HN> Sounds good..our favorite Indian
->  HN> place just closed up (replaced by
->  HN> a 7-11) so we have not been looking
->  HN> for another one yet.

-> Sigh! There's at least one good one in Raleigh if you want to come
-> visit. (G) Got 4 more cans (all that were left on the close out rack) of
-> the peas & cheese on Saturday. Should last us until we move on at the
-> end of the year.

We have a decent supply of them
around, and if we want REALLY 
good Indian we can go north
to Bellvue which now has a large
and growing Indian population due
to Microsoft's generous hiring
policies towards them.
 
-> -> I've also got my sewing room mostly all cleaned up and stowed; now I

-> -> start on some long awaited projects that had been put off for various
-> -> reasons. I'll resume work with Santa this spring but in the meantime,
-> -> hope to have a lot of my back projects finished off.  My classes

-> Got some jeans fixed for Stevee today. The back pockets were tearing out
-> but they were in OK shape otherwise. Tomorrow I'll finish the

-> After that, some clothes for Sarah & Audrey, revision of a quilt (making
-> it larger to fit a queen bed), etc, etc, etc.  Get these done before I
-> start the work for Santa again. Freezer is full of easy fix meals so I
-> can go to work, study, etc.

Sounds like you have it all planned out
but it sure seems like you'll be plenty
busy too!
