I had one start once while I was driving... only driver in the car, and
with a schedule to meet, and already a few hours out from home... I
decided I could see just well enough to be able to drive, if I was
careful where in the blind spots and all to look through..  and when the
headache hit, I had to just mainly ignore it... I didn't tell my
passengers until we were a lot further along on the trip.. when we
stopped at a dairy store for ice cream...  I got a mint milkshake, which
calmed down some of the pain...

I've had all the testing too, without finding anything bad... And, isn't
he the optimist... thinking one can avoid those triggers... (g)

I think that (generally, at least) one tends to only get one set of the
aura symptoms at a time... which is just as well...  ;)

External, yes, but not the tires... most likely the wheel bearing in the
rear passenger wheel, as I haven't heard the sound since the (bad)
bearing was replaced.  Michael unfortunately had the "fun" of hearing it
on one of our jaunts at last year's picnic, as that day got very rainy,
and the roads were especially wet...
