It is sweeter volume for volume, weight for weight and thus takes less to
achieve the same degree of sweetness. Glucose is the least sweet of the three
naturally occurring sweeteners.

That's what my cursory research is showing me for *naturally occurring sugars*
-- meaning to me that other sugar compounds are manufactured in some way or
other. Several sources have mentioned the trinity as the "three naturally
occurring sugars". I've seen no mention of other sugars as being "natural".

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Haroseth (Passover Sweets)
 Categories: Five, Fruits, Nuts, Snacks
      Yield: 40 Balls

      1 lb Hazelnuts; shelled
    1/2 lb Almonds; shelled
    1/2 lb Dates; pitted
    1/2 lb White Raisins

  In a processor, coarsely grind the nuts together.
  Add the dates and raisins.  Continue to grind
  everything together until you reach a consistency that
  is smooth but still has some texture.

  Prepare balls of the mixture about 3/4-inch in
  diameter. Put each ball on a small square of wax paper.

  Serve when wanted during Passover.

  Passover is a difficult time for desserts since most
  sweets are "hamatz" or forbidden.  The Moroccan have
  solved part of the problem with these delectable date
  and nut balls.
