Ärende: REAL Chinese!!

Some days are busier than others, and 
I do try to make it into the echo daily...
sometimes I fail...

LOL, have not gotten to Doc's for the 
last couple of days...busy doing "stuff".

Not likely to make it this weekend.
Friday Anne came home exhausted,
and I had had a busy day as well as 
not quite feeling up to par myself. So
on the advice of my family Dr (who is
of Chinese descent) I volunteered to 
go get Chinese from a Chinese Restaurant
 that's run by a Chinese family, (and not
by Koreans) with a "real" Chinese Menu.
It is located  by Pal Do World, the Korean
market so I had automatically decided 
that it was run by Koreans and the 
menu would be less authentic.
It is a Szechuan restaurant as well!
I got Szechuan pork, Anne got 
sweet and sour pork (blech!!) and
we got Pork fried rice, and Moo 
Shoo vegetable and egg rolls. 
All came to about $52 and 
change.  My Szechuan pork was
good and plenty spicy (as the ring
of fire proved this morning!!). Anne
liked her bland pork dish..the pork
fried rice was good. All the servings
were ample and we have leftovers 
for today. Next time I'm going to get
the Salt and Pepper squid, and perhaps 
the boiled beef tripe in hot sauce. They
even offer (pork) hot Pepper intestine..
which may be too chitlin like for 
me to trust (grin).
but they have a BIG menu for me 
to work through!!
And we can add it to the list 
for next time you visit!
