The good thing about hanging in there is that you can
slowly regain strength if you keep a good attitude.

Depression - something to be fought tooth and nail.

Well, not really! When the cure is as bad as the
disease, it's time to rethink things.

Exactly. My job for Annie and Billy is to jolly them
along, talk about trips taken and to come. Even though
I'm not a planner for me, it's kind of fun figuring out
Bill's itinerary, even if it's just an hour runout to
Elmira to fetch me from the airport.

Another variation on the hanging in there tune. And
we shall overcome.

 HN> Anne has finished the radiation therapy and
 HN> now we look forward to Hormone therapy. Hopefully
 HN> the effects will be less debilitating and more 
 HN> tolerable than the things we have already gone

I'm not familiar with it but the sound of it is somewhat
more comforting.

Softshell green crabs
cat: forage, shellfish, main
servings: 1

2 soft-shell green crabs, cleaned
4 ts butter or enough to cover the bottom of the pan

Melt butter over medium heat in a pan equipped with a 
tight cover. Put in the crabs, cover, and saute for 10 min, 
shaking or turning them occasionally so they brown to an 
even golden color all over.

Soft-Shells should be served with French bread. Garnish 
the crab with lemon slices, parsley, and watercress.
